* fixed: some unicode problems.
 * fix: a typo in the function name Exceptionable.clear_errors()
 * fixed: User.fetchPlaylist (#3)
 * api change: User.getPlaylistsIDs is now User.getPlaylistsData, and User.getPlaylistsIDs returns a list of IDs now.
